Midway Smash Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
Midway Smash ("the game") is published by L&J LLC ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects and why.
What we collect
- Game progress (levels cleared, coins, items, settings) is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
- Daily leaderboard data. When you play the Daily Midway with an internet connection, the game sends your score, the nickname you chose, and a random installation identifier to our server (hosted by Supabase). The nickname and score are shown publicly on that day's leaderboard. The identifier is random, is not linked to your name, email, or Google account, and is used only to keep one entry per device per day.
- Advertising. The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, and device information to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings. See Google's advertising policy.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive only a purchase token to deliver what you bought; we never see payment details.
- Crash and performance data may be collected by Google Play to help us fix problems.
What we do not do
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or precise device identifiers. We do not sell personal data.
Children
The game is rated for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Change or remove your nickname in Settings inside the game. To have a leaderboard entry deleted, email us with the nickname and date. Uninstalling the game removes all local data.
